Policies/What to expect

Please stop and read before booking!

PLEASE NOTE THAT EACH SERVICE PROVIDER WORKING AT THE BEAUTYHUB IS AN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AND HAS THEIR OWN SET OF POLICIES LISTED ON THEIR BOOKING SITE. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY AS THE BEAUTYHUB CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR APPOINTMENT TIMES, CANCELLATIONS, POLICY DISPUTES ETC. PLEASE BE SURE TO COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER DIRECTLY SHOULD YOU NEED ASSISTANCE WITH AN APPOINTMENT. BEAUTYHUB DOES NOT DO REFUNDS NOR EXCHANGES ! NO SERVICES WILL BE PERFORMED IF THERE ARE

-Open wounds/cuts/abrasions

-If client is pregnant

- No guests allowed in the spa suite during clients session unless guest is also getting a service done.

Late policy

Please call if you are running late. We will give a 30 minute window.

No show/ Cancelation on day of appointment

If  no one has called after 30 minutes of appointment , a cancelation fee of $50.00 might apply.


If appointment is canceled after 30 minutes of not showing up that same fee might apply.
